Ken Cowing (Chief Engagement Officer)

Ken Cowing is an experienced Human Resource Professional trained in helping organizations and people-systems flexibly change to achieve success and improvement. Over his 30 year career, working internally and externally in all types of organizations, Ken has developed a broad set of skills, knowledge and experience in leading Employee Engagement – with significant achievement at:

  • Improving engagement survey scores (achieving top decile ranking);

  • Developing leader engagement knowledge and skill;

  • Creating employee involvement in engagement improvement;

  • Ensuring engagement initiatives are aligned and support organizational strategies and priorities;

  • Building networks of highly skilled “engagement champions” that are able to train, facilitate, coach, and influence leaders and employees to use engagement behaviors
